Blackberry Cottage is in Kenton village. It's on the side of the Exe Estuary. The beach is about five miles away, but you can see the water from here.
It's a three-star place, which is what you'd expect: clean, everything works, but not brand new. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms, with one bathroom.
Now, the stairs. They're a bit steep. They're cottage stairs. Just something to be aware of.
The garden is yours to use, it's fenced in. There's a fireplace in the living room you can light if it's cold.
In the village, the shop is about a ten minute walk. There's a restaurant about a hundred yards away. The closest pub is two miles, so you might want to drive to that.
If you're here to get outside, the estuary is right there for walks and birdwatching. Powderham Castle is on the edge of the village. They do tours and events. Dawlish and Teignmouth are along the coast, both have beaches and a seafront. Exeter is easy to get to for shopping or the cathedral. For the moor, Dartmoor National Park is about half an hour north.
It has a washing machine, a TV, and the wifi is okay. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry. Parking is on site.
