Estuary View
Estuary View is a house in Exmouth. It sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, all with their own bathroom.
It's a big, semi-detached place on a hill, so it's on four floors. The main thing is the view from the back, which looks west over the Exe Estuary. You get proper sunsets.
The living area has big doors that open onto a raised deck, so you can sit outside. There's another patio area down the side. The garden is enclosed, which is useful.
Inside, it's been done up to a high standard. Everything is clean and works properly. Downstairs there's a games room with a pool table and table football. There's also table tennis outside.
Exmouth itself is about a mile away. It's a typical seaside town with a long sandy beach. The Exe Estuary is good for birdwatching or watersports if you're into that. There's a shop and a pub within walking distance.
For things to do, you're well placed. The South West Coast Path runs right through Exmouth if you like walking. You can get the train along the estuary to Exeter. Powderham Castle is just on the other side of the water. Further afield, Dartmoor is about half an hour's drive.
In terms of what's here: parking for a couple of cars, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. It's rated 5 Star. No pets.
