Estuary View
Estuary View is a house in Exmouth. It's semi-detached and looks out over the Exe estuary. You can watch the boats from most of the windows. It's on four floors.

The house is about two miles from Exmouth beach. The town has a shop about half a mile away, and a pub and restaurant a mile away.
For walking, you're close to the South West Coast Path. The Exe Estuary is good for birdwatching. Exeter isn't far if you need a city day.
