This is Brunel Boutique Railway Carriage 3, in Dawlish Warren. It's a detached railway carriage that's been done up to sleep six. You've got three bedrooms, two are proper doubles and one is a bunk room. There's one bathroom, with a shower.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and has everything you need. The underfloor heating is good, especially if you get a damp day. It's right next to the actual railway line, so you will hear trains going past. Some people like that, it's part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to know.
Outside, there's a space for your car. The beach at Dawlish Warren is a few minutes' walk. It's a big sandy beach, good for kids. There's a pub, shops, and a place to get fish and chips all close by. The local nature reserve is good for a stroll, and if you play golf, the course is right there.
The Dawlish Warren station is basically on the doorstep. You can get a train to Exeter in about 20 minutes, or to Torquay in the other direction. That's useful if you don't want to drive.
Inside, it's got a dishwasher, a washing machine, and TVs. All the bedding and towels are included. Sorry, no pets.
For things to do further out, the National Trust has a lot of properties nearby, like Killerton House. You can drive to Exeter or Torquay in under half an hour.
