Hay Rick
This is Hay Rick. It's one of three converted barns on our farm here in Luton. The farm's about 300 acres. We're dairy, so you'll see the cows about. There are public footpaths through the land if you want to walk from the door.
The barn sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The living and dining room is separate from the kitchen, which some people prefer if you've got a bigger group. You get your own bit of garden outside to sit in. The view from there is just fields. It's very quiet.
The stairs inside are typical for a barn conversion. They're a bit steep and turn a corner.
There's a pub about 200 yards down the lane. They do food. The nearest shop is two miles away in the village.
You're on the coast side of Dartmoor. The moor itself is about a 20 minute drive. Teignmouth beach is less than four miles if you want to go to the sea. From there, you can get to places like Torquay or Dartmouth within half an hour. Exeter and Plymouth are also about 30 minutes by car.
In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's parking right outside. There's also a shared games room in one of the other barns with a pool table and table football. Sorry, no pets.
