Virginia Cottage is one of three here. They're all barn conversions in a row. They're in our courtyard, near our house and smallholding. You're on the edge of Dartmoor so it's quiet. We've got about ten acres of land with a nature trail.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom which is en-suite. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. It's not huge, but it's open plan downstairs so it feels spacious.
The place is eco-friendly. We've got solar panels and an air source heat pump. There's an electric vehicle charger if you need it.
You're right by Dartmoor. You can walk straight out onto it. You'll see the ponies. The famous Tors like Haytor are a short drive. Castle Drogo and Lydford Gorge are both great National Trust spots nearby. Buckfast Abbey is about twenty minutes away.
Exeter is half an hour by car if you want the city or the cathedral. The coast at Torbay is roughly the same. Dartmouth is a bit further.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's a patio with seating and parking right outside. There's a pub and a shop a mile away in Bovey Tracey.
