Torfield Cottage is on Lower Elsford Farm in Lustleigh. It's part of a small group of four cottages on a working farm. You're in the middle of Dartmoor National Park. The views from the fields here are huge, right across to Hound Tor and Haytor Rocks.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been done to a high standard. The towels are good. You get a cream tea when you arrive.
The farm has 32 acres. There's a heated indoor swimming pool for guests, a games room, and a kids' play area. You have your own enclosed patio with a barbecue. There's a firepit you can use. If the chickens are laying, you can take any eggs you find.
Lustleigh village is about two and a half miles away. There's a good pub there that does food. The nearest shop is five miles, so you'll want to come with supplies.
You can walk straight out onto the moor from the farm. There's an ancient stone row on the land, and two reservoirs within a mile if you want to try fishing. For a proper explore, Moretonhampstead is about a ten minute drive. Bovey Tracey is about fifteen minutes. The coast at Teignmouth or Torquay is roughly forty minutes.
It has the things you'd expect: WiFi, TV, a washing machine, dishwasher, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. They can provide a cot and highchair. No pets allowed.
