Over Lake
Over Lake is a one bedroom apartment in Bovey Tracey, on the edge of Dartmoor. It sleeps two.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's part of a small development called Indio Lake, so you'll see other properties around. The place was built as holiday lets.
The apartment is open plan. Kitchen, living space, and doors out to a decked area. The deck has a hot tub. The view from there is over the countryside. The bedroom is a good size with a double bed. There's one bathroom.
Bovey Tracey is a five minute drive away, or a twenty minute walk. It's a small town with some nice shops, cafes, and a few places to eat. The Devon Guild of Craftsmen is there, which is worth a look.
You're basically on Dartmoor. You can drive onto the moor in a few minutes. There are walks straight from the door if you want. For a good walk with tors and views, Haytor is about ten minutes away by car. You can walk up there or just park nearby.
If you want to explore further, the coast at Teignmouth or Dawlish is about half an hour's drive. Exeter is in the other direction, also about half an hour.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets, I'm afraid.
