Olchard Lodge
Olchard Lodge is on our land, just outside Newton Abbot. It's a modern lodge, built for two people. You have your own parking spot right outside.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-finished. Everything is on one level. The main room is open plan with a kitchen, sitting area, and doors out to the patio. There's a wood burner, which is nice in the evenings. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The patio is private. It looks out over fields. The hot tub is around the side, out of the wind. We provide robes and decent towels.
The location is semi-rural. You're on the edge of the village of Ideford. It's quiet, but you're only a few minutes' drive from the main road. That means you can get to places easily.
Dartmoor is about a 20-minute drive north. The coast at Teignmouth or Shaldon is about 15 minutes the other way. Exeter is roughly half an hour. If you want to go further, the towns on the English Riviera like Torquay are within a 30-minute drive.
Regarding the facilities list: it has a dishwasher, WiFi, and on-site parking. The bedding and towels are included. It is wheelchair accessible at the entrance and everything is on the ground floor.
