Rainbow
Rainbow is a big house on a private estate in Ashcombe, near Dawlish. It sleeps fifteen. There are seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, which helps with a group that size.
The house has a 4 Star rating. The furniture is comfortable, it's clean, and it works well for a family or friends. There are smart TVs and Wi-Fi. The floors are tiled or wood, so it's easy to clean if you've been out walking.
Outside, there's a patio and garden for you to use. You get a parking space on site. Inside, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, and a woodburning stove. For kids, there's a cot, highchair, and a stairgate.
Being on the Ashcombe estate is the main thing. There's a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna you can use at Woodhouse Farm, which is a short walk away. There's also a games room and an outdoor kids' play area. The estate has its own walking trails through the woods and hills. If you want organised activities, the Ashcombe Adventure Centre is down the lane. They do quad biking, clay shooting, and things like that, for an extra fee.
The closest pub is the Ashcombe Village Club. It opens on various evenings. For a shop, you'll need to drive about three miles to Dawlish.
You're about three miles from the coast at Dawlish. Torquay and its beaches are about a twenty minute drive. Dartmoor National Park and Exeter are also about twenty minutes away by car.
