This is Brunel Boutique Railway Carriage 1. It's a detached railway carriage conversion on Dawlish Warren. You can see the sea from it.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. It was all refurbished a few years ago.
Because it's a converted carriage, the layout is open plan. The space is clever but it is a carriage, so the rooms aren't huge. It's cosy.
The beach is right there for walks. Dawlish Warren has a golf course and a nature reserve. The local pub is a short walk away.
Teignmouth is about ten minutes by car. Exeter is half an hour away if you want a city day for shopping or the quay. You can get boat trips from Teignmouth if you fancy seeing the coast from the water.
For facilities: it has a dishwasher, a TV, and parking. All bedding and towels are included. It's not suitable for pets.
