Withymead Cottage is in Bishopsteignton, on the edge of the village. It's next to a working vineyard. You can see the vines from the garden.
It's a one-bedroom cottage for two adults, sleeps two. There's a sofa bed in the living room that can take two children. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is on one level, which is good if you don't want stairs. The garden is enclosed, gets the sun in the afternoon, and has a seating area and a BBQ. You get parking for up to two cars next to the gate, which is shared with us as we live next door.
The living area is open plan. There's a wood burner, a smart TV, and big windows looking out over the garden and fields. One window has a small Juliet balcony you can open. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and another smart TV. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.
You can bring one dog. There are plenty of footpaths straight from the door. One runs right beside the cottage and goes up to the Old Walls Bishop's Palace ruins. The village shop and pubs are less than a mile away. The Teignmouth Golf Club is about a mile away.
You're close to the coast. Teignmouth and Shaldon are a few minutes' drive. Dawlish is a bit further. The South West Coast Path is easily reached. Exeter, Torquay, and Dartmoor are all within a 30 minute drive for a day out.
Facilities: everything listed is included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and bedding and towels are provided. We can leave a cot and highchair if you need them.
