Bluebell
Right, Bluebell. It's on the coast road out of Torquay, about a ten minute walk down to Maidencombe Beach. You can see the sea from the garden. It's one of six places here, all in the same grounds.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable. They take two dogs.
The garden is shared with the other properties, but it's an acre so there's plenty of space. There's a pub about 600 yards away, the one with the thatched roof. It does food.
For the beach, Maidencombe is your closest. Oddicombe Beach is bigger but the lane down is very steep. You can get the Babbacombe Cliff Railway down instead, it's a funicular. It's been there for years.
Torquay seafront is about two miles. That's where the shops and the Living Coasts aquarium are. Babbacombe Model Village is nearby. You've got the coast path right on the doorstep.
If you want to drive out, Dartmouth, Totnes and Exeter are all within about an hour. There are National Trust places around, like Agatha Christie's old house.
What's here: there's a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, a cot if you need it. Bedding and towels are included. You can park on site.
