Coach House is in Paignton, in a quiet area called Chelston. It's beside our main house, Protea, which is a big Victorian villa. You've got your own front door and the whole place to yourselves.
It's one bedroom, sleeps three. There's a double and a single. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so everything works and it's properly clean and comfortable. It's not huge but it's a good size.
The key thing is it used to be an actual coach house. You walk in through the arch where the horses and carriage would have come through. It's got the original wooden beams still up. We've just tried to make it nice and warm without losing that.
The seafront is about a ten minute walk away. You can walk along the water from there all the way into Torquay, past Torre Abbey Sands to the harbour if you want.
There's a patio area outside with furniture. There's on site parking. There's a washing machine in the utility room. A local pub is a short walk away.
Paignton itself has the beach, the pier, the usual stuff. Torquay harbour is about two miles. Brixham with its fishing port is maybe a 20 minute drive. You can get out onto Dartmoor in about half an hour if you want a change from the coast.
