The Cottage - Goodrington Lodge
The Cottage is a modern three-storey house on the Goodrington Lodge estate in Paignton. It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is an ensuite to the main bedroom.
It's in a terrace, but you have your own front door and a small terrace area outside. The living area is open plan, so it's all one space downstairs. The decor is simple and clean. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the location. You are a two-minute walk from Goodrington Sands. You can see the boating lake from the estate. The sea is right there. Splashdown water park is practically next door.
On the estate itself, there's a seasonal outdoor swimming pool you can use and some shared garden areas. There's parking right outside.
Paignton town centre and the harbour are about a mile away. Paignton Zoo is a five minute drive. You can get to Torquay or Brixham in about ten minutes by car. Dartmouth is roughly half an hour's drive.
For facilities, it has a dishwasher, wifi, and parking. We can provide a cot and highchair. We accept up to two well-behaved dogs.
