The Cottage - Goodrington Lodge
The Cottage at Goodrington Lodge. It's in Paignton, basically. One of a group of cottages on a modern development. The development has a seasonal outdoor pool and some shared gardens.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms which is handy. The master has its own shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside, clean and bright. Spacious.
It's on three floors, so there are stairs. They're normal, not cottage steep. The main living area is open plan, kitchen and sitting room together.
Outside, you have your own terrace. It gets the sun in the evening. You can see a bit of the boating lake from there.
The location is the main thing. You're a two minute walk from Goodrington Sands beach. Splashdown water park is right there too. Paignton Zoo is a five minute drive.
For a change, you can drive into Torquay or Brixham in about ten minutes. Dartmoor is probably 45 minutes away if you fancy it.
Facilities: parking on site, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring two dogs.
