In the apartment there's a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. All the bedding and towels are included. There's no garden, but you have the balcony off the living room. No pets, I'm afraid.
Torquay seafront with the harbour, shops, and restaurants is a few minutes' drive away. Paignton and Brixham are within a 20-minute drive. For a bigger day out, Dartmoor is about 40 minutes by car.
