Riviera Mansion, Torquay
This is Riviera Mansion in Torquay. It's a big, top floor apartment in a grand Victorian building. You get stunning views straight out over Torbay from the living room and the large balcony.
It sleeps eight, with four bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well equipped and feels a bit special. The building is old so the ceilings are high and there are original features like cornices.
The living and dining rooms both open onto the balcony. You can sit out there with a coffee. Inside, there's a proper dining table for everyone and a utility room with a full-size football table.
All four bedrooms are upstairs. Two have king-size beds and two have twins.
Location wise, it's a short walk down to Torre Abbey Sands beach. The harbour, with its restaurants and cafes, is also about a ten minute stroll. Torre Abbey and Gardens are right there if you fancy a look around.
You can walk into Torquay town centre. For a day out, Babbacombe Model Village is about ten minutes by car. The South Devon Railway at Paignton is roughly twenty minutes away. Dartmoor is about half an hour's drive if you want moorland walks.
Facilities include parking on site, WiFi, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding is provided. We can provide a cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets.
