Swallows Cottage is in Churston Ferrers, which is a quiet bit just outside Brixham. It's a terraced cottage. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.
The main thing is the stairs. They're spiral and open-tread, so they're steep. You need to be careful on them. There's a stairgate at the top if you've got little ones.
The living area is all open plan. There's a strange coffee table made from an old chest. It's a talking point. The garden is out the back. It's small but enclosed, with a table and chairs and a bit of grass.
You can bring two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. It's got WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher. The usual things.
It's about a five minute drive into Brixham itself. It's a proper working harbour. Good fish and chips. Lots of shops and cafes. You can get the bus from there into Paignton and Torquay if you want.
For a day out, Greenway is close. That's Agatha Christie's old house. You can get the car ferry over to Dartmouth from Kingswear, which is about a mile away. Paignton Zoo is popular. Goodrington Sands has a water park.
If you like walking, the South West Coast Path is right there. You can walk along the coast into Brixham or the other way towards Kingswear.
