Bethany
Bethany is a bungalow in Brixham. It's on a quiet residential road, about a ten minute walk down into the harbour area. You get less noise, but it's not far.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twins. There's one bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. It's got a 4 Star rating. The decoration is fresh and it's generally tidy.
The main thing is the garden. It's fully enclosed, so it's safe for dogs or kids. It's got a lawn and some flower beds. There's a patio table and chairs out there. It's a proper suntrap in the afternoon.
Inside, the living room looks out over the garden. The kitchen has all the basics, including a dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi is included. There's parking for one car on the drive.
You can walk to the harbour. It's down a hill. Brixham itself is a working fishing port. There's a model railway, the Golden Hind replica ship, and plenty of fish and chip shops. For a bigger beach, Goodrington Sands is about a fifteen minute drive. Berry Head is a short drive or a decent walk for the views.
Further afield, you're close to the South Devon coast. Dartmouth is about half an hour's drive. Totnes and Paignton are within twenty minutes. The South West Coast Path runs right through the town if you want a proper walk.
You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are provided.
