Bethany
Bethany is a bungalow on the edge of Brixham. It’s quiet because you’re back from the harbour, but you can still walk into town in about twenty minutes.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One double, one twin. There’s one bathroom with a shower. It’s got a separate toilet, which is handy.
It’s a 3 Star place. Everything works, it’s clean and bright. The garden is enclosed, so it’s safe for dogs and kids. You can sit out there. The living room looks out onto it.
You can bring up to two dogs.
For facilities, you’ve got the basics: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included. Parking is right there.
Brixham itself is a proper fishing harbour. You can get fish and chips, watch the boats, walk around the breakwater. Berry Head is close by for a good cliff walk. If you want a bigger beach, Broadsands is just along the coast.
Within half an hour you can be in Torquay or Paignton if you want the pier or a cinema. Dartmouth, with the castle and river trips, is about the same. For a longer day out, the south bit of Dartmoor or Totnes are both reachable.
