Apartment 11

Apartment 11 is a studio flat on the second floor. It's on Bedford Street in Paignton. The main seafront is literally at the end of the road, so you're right in the middle of things.

It sleeps two people. One room, with an en-suite shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so again, it's clean and functional. Everything's open plan: the bed, kitchenette, and sitting area are all in one space. There's a big bay window that faces south, so you get a lot of light and you can see the sea from it.

The facilities are what you'd expect: TV, wifi, parking. Bedding and towels are included. Your electricity is covered.

Because of the location, you won't use your car much. The beach, the pier, arcades, crazy golf, and a lot of restaurants are all a two-minute walk. There's a Vue cinema nearby too.

If you do drive, the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway is close by. Torquay and its marina are about ten minutes in the car. Brixham is maybe fifteen minutes. Dartmoor is about half an hour.
