Kinbrae Apartment
Kinbrae Apartment is on the first floor of a Victorian villa in Wellswood. It's a good spot. The building's got a blue plaque for Peter Cook, the actor.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one shower room. One room has a king size bed, the other has a super king that can also be two singles. Beds are comfortable. It's a 4 Star, so everything's in good order.
The kitchen's modern. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher. The shower room is a decent size with a walk-in shower.
In the living room there's a big sofa and a TV. The ceiling's high, so it feels quite spacious.
You're a five minute walk from a shop, a few pubs, and some restaurants. The roads are residential so it's fairly quiet.
Meadfoot Beach is about a fifteen minute walk downhill. Ansteys Cove is similar. The harbour and main seafront are a five minute drive away.
Local things like Kents Cavern or the Babbacombe Model Village are close by. If you're looking for longer day trips, Totnes, Dartmoor and Exeter are all within half an hour.
Parking is on site on the driveway. No pets allowed. Bedding and towels are included.
