Rosehill
This is Rosehill. It's a detached house here in Paignton. The main thing is the view. You get a full, clear view of Torbay from the main bedrooms and the back garden. You can sit on the decking and just look out at the water.
It sleeps eight in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite to a bedroom which is on its own floor, which is handy if you've got grandparents or another family with you.
The living room is big, with an open fire. There's a conservatory off it, which is just more space to sit and look at the bay. It's got a 4 Star rating.
You should know the stairs are open and quite steep in places. Just be careful.
It's close to things. The beach at Goodrington Sands is about a five minute walk. It's sandy and has that promenade with arcades and things on. There's a shop about 200 yards away, and a pub and restaurant about 300 yards.
The garden has a decked area and an artificial lawn. There's also an outhouse where you can put bikes and beach gear.
You can walk along the coast path from here. Paignton Zoo is nearby, and so is Quaywest Water Park. The steam train from Paignton to Dartmouth stops at Goodrington and you can get on there. Dartmouth is a nice trip.
Further out, you've got Dartmoor for walks, or the Agatha Christie house at Greenway. Torquay and Brixham are both a short drive away.
We allow one well-behaved dog. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
