Shoreline
This is Shoreline. It's a ground floor apartment in Goodrington, which is the bit between Paignton and Brixham. We had it all redone a few years ago.
It's just for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. The main room is open plan, with the kitchen and living area together. There's a conservatory bit at the front where you come in, which is a good spot to leave sandy shoes.
The bedroom has a big super king bed that can split into two twins if you want. The bathroom has both a walk-in shower and a slipper bath.
Outside, there's an enclosed garden and a private parking space for one car.
You can walk to Goodrington beach in a few minutes. The same for the local shops and a few places to eat. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want a proper walk. For a longer trip, Brixham harbour is about ten minutes by car. Paignton town centre is the other way, also about ten minutes.
The place is set up for wheelchair access at the entrance. Everything is on the one level inside. There's WiFi, a washing machine, and the bedding and towels are included. No pets.
If you're planning days out, the National Trust has a few big houses and gardens within about half an hour. Dartmouth and Torquay are both a short drive away as well.
