7 Vista Apartments is in Paignton. It's on the ground floor of a block on the hill above Goodrington Beach. The view from there is very good, right across the bay to Brixham.
It's been refurbished. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well equipped. The main living area is open plan. Doors open onto a big, wrap-around balcony. That's where you'll want to sit. It faces south, so you get the sun.
You're about five minutes walk down to Goodrington Beach. It's got the boating lake and the outdoor pools there. Paignton seafront and the pier are a bit further, maybe a twenty minute walk along the coast path or a short drive. The town centre is inland from there.
Local things you might want to do: Paignton Zoo is close by. The Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway starts at Paignton station. You can drive to Brixham for the harbour and fish market, or to Torquay. Dartmouth is about a half hour drive across on the ferry.
The facilities here are what you'd expect: WiFi, parking for one car. It's listed as coastal accessible, but do check what that means for your needs directly. No pets, sorry.
