Redsands
Redsands is in Paignton. It's a modern townhouse, end of terrace. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the outside space. There's a patio out the back that gets the sun in the afternoon and evening. It's enclosed, which is good if you've got kids. Then there's another patio area at the front with a summer house. It's got a bit of a nautical theme. It's a quiet spot to sit.
Inside, it's straightforward. The living room and kitchen diner are open plan. Patio doors lead out to the back. There's a TV and WiFi. Washing machine, bedding and towels are all included. Parking is right there.
Location is easy. You're a short walk from Goodrington Beach and the park with the boating lake. Paignton seafront is close. You can hear the Dartmouth Steam Railway trains sometimes, which is nice.
Paignton Zoo is just up the road. For a day out, you can get the steam train to Dartmouth, or drive to Torquay or Brixham. Dartmoor is about half an hour away if you want a change from the coast.
