14 Belvedere Court
14 Belvedere Court is a ground floor apartment right on the seafront in Paignton. It's one of a block, so there's a shared entrance hall at the back, but you've got your own front door that goes straight out onto the patio and the car park.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy. The main thing is the view. The living room has these big patio doors and you look straight out across Preston Sands beach and the whole bay. You can see Torquay one way and Brixham the other. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The beach is just across the road. For Paignton town centre, it's about ten minutes walk along the front. There's a car parking space right outside your door.
Inside, it's got what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's a small patio area with furniture out the front.
For days out, Paignton has the usual seafront things. The zoo is close by. You can easily drive to Brixham harbour or into Torquay. Dartmoor is about half an hour inland if you want a change from the coast. The National Trust's Overbeck's property near Salcombe is a nice trip, and the English Heritage site at Berry Pomeroy Castle is within reach too.
