14 Belvedere Court is an apartment right on the sea front in Paignton. It's on the ground floor of a modern block. You can get in from the shared hallway at the back, or straight in through your own patio doors at the front.

The main thing is the view. You look straight out across the bay, from Torquay one way to Brixham the other. Preston Sands beach is directly opposite. It's a flat, ten-minute walk along the front into Paignton centre.
The living room and dining area both face the sea through big patio doors. There's a patio area outside them with some furniture. You get a designated parking space right in front.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. It's one of several apartments in the block, so it's not a standalone cottage.
For things to do, you're on the English Riviera. Paignton's got the usual seaside things. Goodrington Sands is next along. The English Riviera website has details on events. The National Trust looks after a few spots nearby like Coleton Fishacre. Brixham's a working fishing harbour, Torquay's a bit more polished. Dartmoor is about half an hour's drive inland if you want a change from the coast.
