Pilgrims Cottage
Pilgrims Cottage is in Brixham. It's an old fisherman's cottage, so it's on three floors. The living room is at the top, which gives you a good view of the harbour and marina from the window.

The thing to know is the stairs. They're inside the cottage, and they're steep, narrow, and winding. It's just the way these old places are built. There's also a steep, narrow flight of steps outside that leads up from the harbourside to the front door.
You're right in the middle of things. The harbour and the town centre are about a minute's walk away. There's a local pub very close by.
It has WiFi, gas central heating, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. You can bring up to two dogs.
For days out, you've got the whole South Devon coast. The South West Coast Path goes right through. Dartmouth and Torquay are about a half hour drive. Paignton Zoo is maybe 20 minutes away. Further inland, Dartmoor is within an hour.
