This is Apartment 8 in Torquay. It's on the top floor of Astor House, which is a big Victorian building split into flats. It looks out over the sea.
It's for four people but it's one bedroom, so it's a good size for a family or two people. There's a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and modern inside.
You're up three flights of stairs to get to it. It's fine if you're okay with stairs, but just so you know.
It's about a ten minute walk down to Torquay harbour and the main beach. There's a smaller cove beach even closer, maybe five minutes. The town centre shops are about the same.
There's a pub that does food a few minutes' walk away, and a shop just down the road. You get a parking space.
If you like walking, the South West Coast Path is right there. You can walk to Babbacombe or along to the marina. For a day out, Paignton Zoo is very close. Brixham is a proper fishing port, about twenty minutes in the car. Dartmoor is about forty minutes away if you fancy a drive.
It's got WiFi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets.
