The Garden Flat

The Garden Flat is in Torquay. It's the ground floor of a house. You get the front patio and garden to yourselves. It's a quiet street.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and clean, but it's not new or fancy.

The place is all on one level, so it's okay for getting around. The patio and garden are nice for sitting out. The patio isn't fully fenced.

You're about fifteen minutes' walk from the harbour and the main beaches. There's a shop 500 yards away. A pub and a restaurant are about ten minutes' walk.

Torre Abbey is close by if you like history. Babbacombe Downs are a short drive or a decent walk away. Paignton Zoo is about a ten minute drive.

If you want to go further, Dartmoor is about forty minutes by car. Exeter is around half an hour.

What's here: There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV. Parking is on the drive. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
