This is The Garden Flat, up in Torquay. It's a ground-floor place that sleeps two. One bedroom with its own shower room.
It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and has what you need but it's not luxurious. Everything's on one level, which is handy. The entrance and the main rooms are wheelchair accessible, but the patio outside is paved and not fully enclosed, so mind that step.
It's in a quiet bit, so it's peaceful, but you can walk into the town centre in about twenty minutes. The nearest beach is about a fifteen minute walk. There's a shop about five minutes away, and a couple of restaurants a bit closer.
You've got your own little patio with a table and chairs. It's a sun trap in the afternoon. The kitchen's fine, it's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are provided.
Babbacombe Downs are just down the road, less than a mile. For a big day out, Paignton Zoo is about a ten minute drive. Kents Cavern is even closer, maybe five minutes in the car. If you fancy a proper walk, Dartmoor is about a forty minute drive. Exeter is half an hour or so up the motorway.
You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside.
