Lapwing 1, The Cove
This is Lapwing 1. It's one of the apartments at The Cove, near Brixham.
It's a ground floor flat, so you can get to it straight from the car park. It has two bedrooms and sleeps four. One double room and one with twin beds. There's one shower room with a walk-in shower. The living area is all open plan, with doors out to your own patio.
The main thing is the view. You're right on the front row of the development, so you look straight out over the garden and the sea. The patio is full-width, which is nice for sitting out. There's also a shared swimming pool you can use, but it's only open from the end of May to the start of October.
Fishcombe Cove beach is literally just down the hill. It's about a hundred yards. You can swim or paddle there. For a proper walk, the South West Coast Path runs past nearby. Brixham harbour is walkable too, maybe a fifteen minute stroll. They've got plenty of cafés and fish restaurants there.
If you're driving, Paignton Zoo is about twenty minutes away. Dartmouth and Torquay are both within a half hour drive.
Inside, it's got everything: a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.
