Magnolia Apartment
Magnolia Apartment is in Torquay, up the hill from the main town. It's a three storey place, so you come in on the ground floor, then go up to the living area, and the bedrooms are on the top floor.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's been modernised. The kitchen is new. All the beds are zip and link singles, so you can have them as singles or put them together as super kings. That makes it work for different groups.
You can walk into Torquay town centre from here. All the shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. The harbour is about a mile and a half down the hill. The nearest beach is Babbacombe, just over a mile away.
You're well placed for getting around Torbay. Brixham is along the coast. Dartmouth and Kingswear are up the river. Totnes is inland. All are within about half an hour's drive.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. There is parking. You can bring one dog.
