Magnolia Apartment
This is Magnolia Apartment in Torquay. It's at the top of the town, so you can walk down to most of the shops and places to eat.
It's an apartment that sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is accurate. The stairs inside are normal, but you have to go up a small flight of outside steps to get to the front door on the first floor.
The living and dining area is all one open room on that first floor. It's a decent size and gets the light. The kitchen there has been recently done up and has what you'll need. Up another flight of stairs to the second floor is where the bedrooms and the bathroom are. All the beds are zip and link singles, so you can have them as singles or push them together into super king doubles. That makes it work for different groups. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.
For the beach, the nearest is Babbacombe, which is just over a mile away. The harbour and marina are about a mile and a half. It's a good base for seeing the area. Brixham, Dartmouth, and Totnes are all within about half an hour's drive.
Included in the price are electricity, utilities, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are provided. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's local fishing if that's your thing, and the South West Coast Path is accessible from nearby.
