The Vinery
The Vinery is in Marldon, which is a village a few miles inland from Paignton and Torquay. It's an old place, originally from the 1400s, but it's been completely renovated inside. You've got your own front garden with seating.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. One has a double bed, the other has twins. It's a 4 Star property, so it's well finished and comfortable.
The main living space is open plan. Kitchen, dining, and sitting area all together. There's a large corner sofa, a TV, and the kitchen has everything you'd need. We ask that dogs stay downstairs in this area.
You get one allocated parking space, and there's room for more on the road if you need it.
The village has a shop, a post office, and a pub. The bus can take you into Torquay, Paignton, or Totnes, each about three miles away.
For days out, you're well placed. The coast at Torbay is a short drive. Paignton Zoo is nearby. Dartmoor National Park is about half an hour's drive, up past Bovey Tracey.
In terms of what's here: all bedding and towels are included. There's wifi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and the garden furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
