Green View
Green View is in Churston Ferrers, just outside Brixham. It's a ground floor annexe attached to the main house, but you've got your own front door. It sleeps four.
The layout is a bit unusual. The main bedroom has a zip and link bed, so it can be two twins or a kingsize. The living room has another kingsize bed in it, along with the sofa and TV. So it's all open plan, really. There's one good sized shower room down the hall.
From the living room, patio doors open onto a small raised deck. It's a sunny spot. Parking for three cars on the drive, more on the road if you need it.
Churston golf course is about half a mile away. The station for the Dartmouth steam railway is about the same. You can sometimes see the train from the garden.
Elberry Cove and Broadsands beach are both about half a mile. Brixham harbour is a few miles up the road. That's where you get the fish and chips and the Golden Hind ship museum.
For facilities, you've got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust Devon page is useful. So is the English Riviera site for the local area. Dartmouth and Paignton are within half an hour's drive.
