Green View
Green View is in Churston Ferrers, just outside Brixham. It's a ground floor annexe attached to our house, but it's entirely private with its own entrance.
It sleeps four. There's one main bedroom with a zip-and-link bed, so it can be a twin or a kingsize. The living room has another kingsize bed in it. One modern shower room. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You get a small, raised decked terrace out the back through the patio doors. There's parking for three cars on the drive.
Churston Golf Course is about half a mile away. You can walk it. The Dartmouth Steam Railway runs from Churston station, which is about a mile down the road. You can sometimes see the train from the garden.
Elberry Cove and Broadsands are both good beaches, each about half a mile away. Brixham harbour is just over two miles up the road. That's where you'll find the fish restaurants and the Golden Hind ship museum. They have a pirate festival in May.
For facilities: there's a dishwasher, WiFi, all bedding and towels are included, and there's that on-site parking. No pets, I'm afraid.
