Tuckenhay, Mill House

It sleeps eleven people in five bedrooms, with three bathrooms. The rating is 5 Star, which means it's well-equipped and spacious. You can bring one dog.
The house is detached and has its own garden and patio. You get access to the site's shared facilities, which are a short walk away. Those are two indoor swimming pools, one outdoor pool, a sauna, a games room, and a play area for kids.
The stairs inside are fairly typical for an old building. They're not a spiral, but they are steep in parts.
There's a pub you can walk to along the creek. For a shop, you'll need to drive to Totnes, which is about three miles. Dartmouth is five miles away. The coast is about a twenty minute drive. Blackpool Sands is good for swimming. If you want surf, Bantham is about half an hour.
For walks, you're close to the South West Coast Path and Dartmoor. The National Trust has a few properties nearby, like Greenway.
