Reubens is a barn conversion in Boreston, a hamlet near Moreleigh. It's detached, with its own garden and parking. The ceilings are high inside, which makes it feel spacious. There are five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, so it works for a group. It sleeps ten.
The kitchen is a proper farmhouse one with a big table. There's a wood burner in the living room. The floors are solid wood downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept.
The local pub is about half a mile walk. It's a country pub, does food. The nearest shop is two miles away in Moreleigh. For a big shop, you'd go to Totnes, which is about six miles. Totnes has a mainline train station too, if you need it.
You're well placed here. Dartmouth is about fifteen minutes by car. You can get the ferry from there over to Kingswear and catch the steam train to Paignton. The coast at Slapton or Blackpool Sands is about twenty minutes drive. For walking, you've got the South West Coast Path or Dartmoor, which is about half an hour inland. The Dartmoor National Park website has good walking info.
The facilities are what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. There's a cot, highchair and stairgate if you've got little ones. We allow two well-behaved dogs. There's an electric vehicle charger on the drive now.
