The Lawns
The Lawns is one of the apartments in Colmer House, an old Georgian house near Modbury. It's on an estate with shared grounds and a few other holiday homes.
It's a first-floor apartment. You go up about ten steps from the car park to get to the front door. Inside, it's all open-plan: living area, dining table, and kitchen in one room. Doors from there lead out to a private, walled patio. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
It's been refurbished recently. Everything's clean and in good order. It has a 4 Star rating.
The main thing here is the shared facilities on the estate. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a games room, and a fitness suite. The grounds are about 28 acres, with gardens, woodland, and a lake. You'll see plenty of wildlife around. It's all included.
For beaches, you're looking at about an eight-mile drive. Modbury village is close for shops and basics. The local pub is about a mile away.

Facilities in the apartment include a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a highchair if needed. No pets.
