The Figgery
The Figgery is in Moorhaven Village, near Bittaford in Devon. It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. It's detached and rural, so it's quiet. You get the whole building to yourselves.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. Everything's on one floor. There's a wet room, which is handy. The layout is open plan.
You can bring one dog. The bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, and parking right outside.
There's a pub nearby. A golf course is local if that's your thing. The big thing is you're right on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. You can walk straight out onto it.
Ivybridge is about a ten-minute drive. They've got shops and a train station there. Totnes is interesting, about twenty minutes away. It's an old town with a castle and independent shops. For the coast, you're looking at places like Bigbury-on-Sea or Plymouth, which are roughly half an hour's drive.
