Lukesland Farm
Lukesland Farm is a wing of our house here on the farm. It's separate, you get your own door. It's very quiet. The farm is working, so you'll see sheep in the fields and hear the birds.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and clean but not a show home. The shower's electric.
You're right on the edge of Dartmoor here. You can walk straight out from the door onto the moor. The Two Moors Way is a quarter of a mile up the track. The gardens next door, Lukesland, are lovely in spring and autumn. They're private but open to the public sometimes.
Ivybridge is less than a mile for shops and a pub. The coast is about eight miles drive. Mothecombe Beach is a nice one, takes about twenty minutes by car. Plymouth is ten miles if you want the aquarium or the Barbican.
For facilities, you've got a wood burner, a washing machine, a TV and WiFi. There's parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. The garden area is yours to use, with a barbecue. Sorry, no pets.
