The Loft
The Loft is in Burraton, just outside Newton Ferrers in Devon. It's a one bedroom place for two people. You've got your own garden and parking.
It's a first-floor apartment, accessed by steps from the drive, so not suitable if steps are a problem for you. It's light and private, up in the trees. The conservatory at the entrance is where you eat. The lounge is bright. The bedroom has a king-size bed.
It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.
The location is quiet and rural, but you're only about ten minutes in the car from Newton Ferrers, which is a pretty estuary village. Mothecombe beach is a twenty minute drive. It's a nice, quiet beach with sand and rockpools.
You're on the edge of the South Devon National Landscape. Plymouth is about half an hour away for shops, the Barbican, and ferries over to Cornwall. Dartmoor is about forty minutes. For walking nearby, the Erme Estuary is close by.
