Holborn Cottage
Holborn Cottage is in Plympton. It's a terraced house, so there are neighbours either side.
It sleeps six. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom with a shower over the bath. There are a few steps up from the landing to the bedrooms. There's also a separate sitting room downstairs with a double sofa bed if you need it. You have to ask for that to be made up when you book.
The kitchen is open plan with the living area. It has an electric oven and hob, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. There's a washing machine and dryer in a utility area. Two separate toilets on the ground floor.
The garden is out the back. It's enclosed, with a patio and some seating.
Plympton itself has shops and pubs you can walk to. Plymouth is about a ten minute drive. The Barbican there has restaurants and the marina. Wembury beach is about twenty minutes away by car, good for rock pools. Dartmoor National Park is fifteen minutes to the north.
For a longer day out, Exeter is about forty-five minutes drive. The Dartmoor National Park website has walking routes. The National Trust lists local properties and coastline.
Facilities are included: bedding, towels, WiFi, TV, parking on the street. No pets.
