Holborn Cottage is a terraced house on Ridgeway in Plympton. It's my place. It sleeps six, but two of those are on a double sofa bed in a small downstairs room. You have to ask for it to be made up. So really, it's for four people in two proper bedrooms upstairs, plus the sofa bed if you need it.
The stairs to the bedrooms are normal, but there are three extra steps at the top to get into them. Just so you know.
It's a three-star place. It's clean and everything works. Downstairs is mostly one big room with the kitchen, table, and living area. There's a washer-dryer in a cupboard. The garden out the back is enclosed. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
Plympton has what you need. Shops, a couple of pubs, takeaways. It's about a ten-minute drive into Plymouth centre. The Barbican down there is the old bit by the water, with the restaurants and the Mayflower steps.
For the beach, Wembury is about twenty minutes by car. Good for rock pools. The coast path starts there. Dartmoor is even closer, maybe fifteen minutes to the edge of the park. You can be up on the tors quite quickly.
If you're planning trips, the Dartmoor National Park site is useful. So is the National Trust page for local houses and coasts.
Everything like bedding, towels, WiFi, and the electricity is included. There's a dishwasher. No pets, I'm afraid.
