This is the Mayflower Apartment in Plymouth. It's on Elliot Terrace, right on The Hoe. The building is big, old, and listed. It used to be one house but it's been split into flats now. This is one of them. You get great views out over the sea from the big windows.
It sleeps nine people. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything's in good order. The flat is part of a terrace, so you will hear some normal living noise from the other flats.
You're basically on The Hoe. The sea is about a hundred yards away. There are shops, a pub, and restaurants within a minute's walk. The Barbican with the cobbled streets is a short walk down the hill.
You get one parking permit included. If you need a space for a second car, it's an extra ten pounds, but you have to arrange that with me beforehand.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
For days out, you're in a good spot. The National Trust looks after a few places nearby like Saltram. You can drive out to Dartmoor in about half an hour. Cornwall is over the Tamar Bridge.
