10 Clarence
10 Clarence is in the Royal William Yard in Plymouth. It's a two bedroom apartment, part of a big old naval building. It's right on the water.
It sleeps six, has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's in good shape and has everything you need. Being in the Yard means you're right in the middle of all the restaurants and cafes here. It's a proper landmark.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if needed. WiFi and TV are all there.
You don't need a car if you don't want one. You're on the water, so you can get the ferry over to the Barbican and the city centre. Or it's about a 30 minute walk along the waterfront, which is nice.
The apartment is on the ground floor. The building itself is all granite and big windows, so it feels solid. Inside it's modern, but you've got the timber beams and arched windows from the old building. It's not a typical cottage, it's different.
For days out, you're well placed. The South West Coast Path is right there if you want a walk. You can drive onto Dartmoor in about 40 minutes. Cornish beaches like Whitsand Bay are about a 30 minute drive across the Tamar Bridge.
