10 Clarence
10 Clarence is in the Royal William Yard in Plymouth. It’s a flat in an old naval building. The building is made from limestone and granite, it's listed. There are big arched windows.
It sleeps six people in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it’s comfortable and well kept. You can bring one dog. The facilities are all on the ground floor.
The Yard itself is right on the water. It's been done up with restaurants, cafes and galleries in the old buildings. It's a nice spot to walk around. You're about a 100 yards from a pub, and a few hundred yards from restaurants.
You’re right in Plymouth. It’s easy to get into the city centre from here. You’re on the coast path if you want a walk. The Hoe and the Barbican are nearby.
For a day out, you can drive out onto Dartmoor in about half an hour. The National Trust has a few properties nearby like Saltram. The South Devon National Landscape coast is about the same distance the other way.
The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
