6 Mills Bakery is an apartment in the Royal William Yard in Plymouth. It's a historic building, a proper old naval yard, but it's been done up inside. You get the beams and the arches but it's all modern to live in.
It sleeps four, but there's only one bedroom. That bedroom has a double bed, and then there's a sofa bed in the living area for two more. One bathroom with a shower.
The location is the main thing. You're right on the water in the Yard. It's quiet but there's always a bit of life. You've got a choice of restaurants and cafes literally outside your door. There's a pub about a minute's walk away.
For getting into Plymouth, you can walk along the waterfront into the city centre. It's a nice walk, past the marina. Or it's a short drive or taxi.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher and a washing machine, which is handy. TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
If you're planning trips out, the National Trust has a few properties nearby like Saltram. For local history, the English Heritage page for the Yard itself is interesting. The whole of the South West Coast Path is on your doorstep for walking.
