This is 15 Mills Bakery, in Plymouth. It's a one-bedroom apartment for two people. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. Everything's modern and it works.
The apartment is in the Royal William Yard. It's all old naval buildings converted into places to live, eat, and drink. The walls are thick stone. You get high ceilings and big windows. The view from here is over the harbour.
You're right on the water. There are restaurants and a couple of pubs in the Yard itself, literally a minute's walk from the front door. You don't really need a car if you're just staying put.
For the city centre, it's a good walk or a short drive. The Barbican and the Hoe are that way. You can get the Cremyll Ferry over to Cornwall from here, which is a nice thing to do.
The apartment has a proper shower, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. WiFi and TV are included. We provide all the bedding and towels. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
No pets, I'm afraid.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust Devon page is useful. For the local history, English Heritage has a good list of sites. The Royal William Yard itself has a website with all the current restaurants.
