14 Spinnaker Quay
14 Spinnaker Quay is in Turnchapel, which is just across the water from Plymouth's Barbican. It's a modern townhouse on a quiet little marina.
The view is the main thing. You get harbour views from the main living area and the master bedroom. The living room has big doors that open onto a terrace. You can sit out there and watch the boats.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well-equipped and feels quite new. Everything works.
There's a pub down the road in Turnchapel. For more choice, you can take the water taxi straight across to the Barbican. That's where most of the restaurants and bars are. The ride over takes about five minutes.
You're right on the edge of the South West Coast Path here. You can walk east towards Bovisand or west into Plymouth Hoe and the city centre. The National Trust has a few spots nearby, like Mount Edgcumbe.
For a day out, you can drive up onto Dartmoor in about half an hour. Salcombe and the South Hams are about 45 minutes drive.
Facilities wise: it's got parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. The TVs have Sky Sports and movie channels. No pets.
