14 Spinnaker Quay is in Plymouth. It’s a modern townhouse right on the water at Turnchapel, so the view across the harbour is the main thing. You can see the boats and watch the water taxi go back and forth.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is useful. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and a TV. The second bedroom has two singles that can be joined into a double. The third bedroom is a double.
Downstairs is open plan. The living area has a big TV with sports and movie channels. The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine. There’s a patio area outside with a table and chairs.
The rating is 5 Star. It means everything is new, clean, and works properly.
You’re a five minute walk from the village of Turnchapel. There’s a pub there. For more choice, you can take the water taxi across to the Barbican. That takes about ten minutes. The Barbican has a lot of restaurants and pubs.
If you’re driving, there’s on site parking for one car.
For days out, the South West Coast Path is right there if you want a walk. Plymouth itself has the Hoe, the National Marine Aquarium, and the Royal Citadel. You can drive out to the beaches in South East Cornwall, like Whitsand Bay, in about half an hour. Dartmoor is about 40 minutes away.
