Room Apart 1A is one of the flats in Elliot Terrace on the Plymouth Hoe. It’s a big old Victorian building, Grade II* listed. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle used to live here. Your apartment is for two people, one bedroom and one bathroom.
You get a parking permit for one car. If you need a space for a second car, let me know and I can sort another permit for a tenner.
The flat has most things you’ll need: WiFi, TV, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
Being on the Hoe, you’re right in the middle of things. The sea is about a hundred yards away. There are shops, a pub, and restaurants within a minute’s walk. The Barbican, with its cobbled streets and the harbour, is close by for a wander.
If you want to explore further, the whole of South Devon is within reach. You can get to Dartmoor or the South Hams coast in under half an hour. The National Trust Devon page is good for ideas, and Visit Plymouth has local information.
