This place is called Room Apart 1A. It's on Elliot Terrace, which is that big Italianate row of houses right on Plymouth Hoe.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
You get a permit for one car. If you need more, you can pay for an extra permit, it's ten pounds each.
The building is Grade II* listed. That means some things are unusual. The windows are big, some look out over the Hoe and the Sound towards Drakes Island. Inside there's high ceilings and decorative cornicing.
You're really in the middle of things here. The Hoe is right there for a walk. The Barbican, with the old cobbled streets and the fish market, is a short walk down the hill. There's a shop, a pub, and restaurants about fifty yards away.
If you want to go further, you can drive to Dartmoor in about half an hour. There's also the National Trust at Cotehele up the Tamar, and Mount Edgcumbe across the water. Both are easy to get to.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, TV, WiFi, and all the bedding and towels are included. You can bring one pet.
