Marina View is in Mount Batten, Plymouth. It's a modern townhouse right on the marina. You can watch the boats from the two balconies.
It sleeps eight in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, one is en-suite to the main bedroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well equipped and comfortable. Everything's in good order.
You're basically on the South West Coast Path outside. You can walk along to the little beach here, or follow the path to Jennicliffe for a coffee with a good view. Turnchapel village is a nice walk the other way.
There are two pubs right by the water, about fifty yards away. They do food. The water taxi leaves from here too, which takes you across to the Barbican in Plymouth. That's where the restaurants and the aquarium are. Plymouth Hoe is a short walk from there.
Bovisand Beach is a five minute drive. It has a cafe and parking. There's a sailing school and watersports centre right next door if you want to try that.
Facilities: it's got parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a highchair. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
