Topsail is in Noss Mayo. It's a modern house, not an old cottage. Sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy.
The living room is upstairs. It's laid out that way for the view. You can see the creek and the River Yealm from there. The garden is a good spot too, you can watch the boats on the water. It's a quiet village. There's National Trust woodland right on either side of the place.
There's a pub in the village. They do food, like crab sandwiches. You can hire rowing boats nearby if you fancy going on the water yourself. The nearest sandy beach is at Mothecombe.
The coastal path is good for walking here. Dartmoor is about ten miles away if you want a change. Plymouth is seven miles for a bigger shop or a day out. It's got the Barbican and the Hoe to look around.
Facilities are straightforward. You've got a woodburning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and wifi. There's parking. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
