Topsail
Topsail is in Noss Mayo, Devon. It's a modern house on the creek side of the village.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's a 3 Star property, so it's comfortable and clean. The living room is upstairs to get the view over the creek. You can watch the yachts from there, or from the garden.
The garden is pretty small but it's yours to use. There's parking on site.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, a TV, and WiFi. It has a washing machine and dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included.
The village is quiet. There's a pub, The Ship, which does food. For shops, you need to drive about a mile and a half.
You're right on the coast path here, so the walking is excellent. The nearest sandy beach is Mothecombe, which is about a fifteen minute drive. You can hire rowing boats on the creek if you fancy it.
Plymouth is about seven miles away for bigger shops and the ferry to Cornwall. Dartmoor is within half an hour's drive. The whole area is mostly National Trust land.
No pets, I'm afraid.
