Pentire
Pentire is in Holbeton, which is near the coast in south Devon. It's a detached bungalow. We've got neighbours, but it feels quite private. There are fields and it's quiet.
It sleeps six people. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which I think means comfortable with a few extras. Being a bungalow, there aren't any stairs inside, so it's all on one level.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a TV with Netflix and good WiFi. The garden is landscaped and there's a patio with a barbecue. It's south facing, so it gets the sun. There's also a hot tub.
Something you should know: there's a large koi carp pond in the garden. We can put a secure net over it if you have children coming, just let us know. Also, one part of the garden has a drop that isn't fenced.
A shop, a pub, and a restaurant are about a five minute walk away. The pub serves food. The coast is about two miles away. You can walk to Mothecombe beach through the woods. It's a nice walk.
Kingsbridge, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are all within a half hour drive. Totnes is close by too. Further afield, Dartmoor and Plymouth are also about half an hour away.
Facilities wise: bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair. You can bring one well-behaved dog. Parking is on site.
