Breakwater View is a bungalow in Down Thomas. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It’s a three star property. It's clean, functional, and comfortable, but not luxurious.
It's a single-storey layout, so no stairs to worry about. You have your own patio and garden area.
It's very close to the water. You can walk to the coast path from the property in a few minutes. Wembury Beach is about a ten minute drive.
Plymouth is a fifteen minute drive. You've got the Barbican, the National Marine Aquarium, and the ferries over to Cornwall from there.
Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park is nearby too, just across the sound.
For facilities, you get a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding is included. There's a highchair if you need one. Sorry, no pets.
If you're planning your trip, the South West Coast Path site is useful, and so is the National Trust Devon page for local properties.
