Room Apart 2
This is Room Apart 2, on Elliot Terrace in Plymouth. It's in that big, grand row of houses looking out over the Hoe. The building itself is historic. Arthur Conan Doyle lived here once.
It's a one-bedroom flat that sleeps three. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Cosy, but well kept. The windows are big and you get a good view from them.
You're right on the Hoe. The sea is there. The Barbican with its cobbled streets and restaurants is a short walk down the hill. There’s a shop and a pub literally 50 yards away. The beach is 100 yards.
You get one parking permit included. If you need a second car space, it's an extra ten pounds, but you have to arrange that with me beforehand.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV and WiFi. The utilities are all included. Bedding and towels are provided. I can leave a cot and a highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
For things to do, you're in the middle of it. The lido pool is on the Hoe. You're on the coast path for walks. The National Trust has several places nearby, like Antony House, which is about a 30-minute drive. If you fancy a day out, you can drive onto Dartmoor in well under half an hour.
